Santa's Helpers Alaska

What is Santa's Helpers?
Santa's Helpers is a community of volunteers keeping the Fairbanks tradition of providing food and toys to families in need during the holidays. This tradition was started by the Snedden family in Fairbanks more than 60 years ago, and is now being continued by Santa's Helpers 501(c) in collaboration with the North Star Community Foundation (www.nscfundalaska.org), Fairbanks Nissan Dealer, our local Food Bank and all the volunteers who have been involved during the rebuilding of this organization.

Fairbanks Nissan's Involvement
Since 2016 Fairbanks Nissan has been heavily involved with Santa's Helpers. Our dealership opens the showroom for a month a year for sorting, organizing and packaging up presents for families in need during the holidays. We are also a year round drop off point and provide dry storage for toys and items collected throughout the year. Les Nichols, owner of Fairbanks Nissan, is also an officer on the board and helps with collaboration and organization of each year's activities.
Santa's Helpers welcomes support and donations. Please visit Santa's Helpers website to learn more and follow us on Facebook .
